AI credits and plans
What a credit is, what each action costs, how the monthly allowance and the trial work, what happens when credits run out, and what a plan actually buys you.
Every model call the app makes on your behalf — a discovery run, a website generation, a message to the editor — spends AI credits from your workspace's monthly allowance. Credits are the app's own meter. They have nothing to do with Stripe or PayPal, which are for your clients paying you.
What a credit is
One credit is one cent of model cost at top-tier model list prices. A fixed tariff turns each call's token counts into credits, and it does not change when the model behind the app changes — so a plan's credits buy the same amount of work whichever model is running.
What that means in practice:
| Action | Typical cost |
|---|---|
| A discovery run | About 480 credits, charged about 20 per step as it runs. |
| A website generation | About 78 credits, a little more when it repairs. |
| One round in the editor | About 35 credits, more when it looks things up. |
| One lead taken from discovery to a revised, published site | About 850 credits. |
Editing is where a month goes. Fifteen rounds on one site cost more than finding the lead and generating the site together.
The plans
| Plan | Credits a month | Price | Concurrent jobs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | 1,000, once, for 14 days | Free | 1 |
| Solo | 7,500 | $79 | 1 |
| Studio | 20,000 | $199 | 3 |
| Agency | 50,000 | $449 | 10 |
Concurrent jobs are discovery runs, website generations, and publishes running at the same time. The allowance is shared by everyone in your workspace. Waiting jobs do not use a running slot; they start when both your plan and the service have capacity. Publishing remains one at a time per workspace because sites share a publishing project. Editor chat continues to use AI credits separately.
You can queue up to ten waiting jobs per concurrent slot. Finish or cancel waiting work before adding more when the queue is full.
Solo is sized for about 15 leads, 10 websites and fifteen edits on each website in a month. Studio is sized for about 40 leads and 25 websites, and Agency for about 100 leads and 60 websites, with the same fifteen edits on each.
Every new workspace starts on the trial. It is enough to see the loop work once, with room for a retry.
Where you see your balance
The sidebar meter shows credits used against the limit, what is left, and when the allowance resets — or, on a trial, how many days are left. It turns amber under 10% remaining and red at zero.
Settings → Plan & usage shows the plan, this period's use, the reset date, and Where they went: discovery runs, website generations, editor chat.
The "used" figure includes credits held for calls still in flight, so it jumps when something starts and can tick back when the call settles for less than was held.
How spending works
Before each model call, the app holds enough credits for a typical call of that kind. After the call, the hold becomes a charge for what was actually used. A call that fails releases its hold. A job that crashes and is re-run cannot be charged twice for the same call.
That is also where the cutoff is. A start button is disabled, with the number, when the balance cannot cover one typical call:
Not enough AI credits to start a generation: it needs about 78 and 23 are left.
A generation needs a whole call's worth, because half a website is worth nothing. A discovery run only needs enough for its first step, because it saves leads as it goes.
When credits run out mid-job
The stop always lands between calls, never in the middle of one.
| Job | What happens |
|---|---|
| Discovery run | Stops early and keeps every lead it saved. |
| Website generation | Fails, and is not retried — the account would be just as empty a minute later. |
| Editor round | Fails; your message is kept. If only the self-repair ran dry, the edit is discarded and the reply says why. |
The monthly cycle
The allowance resets each month. Unused credits do not carry over. Credits granted on top of the plan — a goodwill top-up, a refund — sit in a separate bonus that outlives the month and is spent once the allowance is gone.
Changing plan takes effect immediately: the allowance becomes the new plan's, and what you already spent this period stays spent.
Reset dates are shown in UTC, so west of Greenwich a reset can read a day ahead of your own calendar.
Seats
The plans list seats — one, three, ten. They describe who the plan is sized for; nothing in the app counts them.
