Opportunora runs one commercial loop end to end:

discover → analyse → opportunity → generate → approve → publish → invoice → get paid

It is built for one person, or a small studio, selling websites to local businesses. Everything in it exists to move a business from "I have never heard of them" to "they have paid the invoice" without you keeping the state in your head or in six other tools.

The four steps

Find. You give a town and a radius. A research agent looks for businesses whose web presence is weak, outdated or missing, scores what it finds against fixed criteria, and saves the ones worth approaching with the reason attached. See Find leads.

Build. From an opportunity you generate a website: real copy for that business, that trade and that town, using the business's own photographs, in a layout that ships as static files. You then refine it by talking to it. See Generate a website and Edit a website.

Publish. One click puts the site on the internet, under your own domain, in your own Cloudflare account. Nothing goes live until you press it. See Publish a website.

Bill. Invoices, tracked time and online payment live in the same database as the deal, so an invoice is written from what actually happened rather than from memory. See Invoices.

What it does not do

Knowing the edges saves an afternoon.

  • It never emails your leads or clients. An invoice PDF is a file you send; an invitation is a link you copy. The only email the app sends goes to you — the link that verifies your address, password links and notices — and your support requests go to us. Outreach is designed but not built.
  • Nothing goes out on its own. Publishing is gated on an explicit approval. The AI proposes; you decide.
  • It is not a website builder for you to drag things around in. You change a generated site by asking for the change in words, or by pointing at an element and asking. There is no canvas.
  • It hosts nothing itself. Sites live in your Cloudflare account, and the whole site is downloadable as a ZIP that runs on any static host.
  • It is desktop-first. Every screen works on a phone, but the app is designed at 1440×900 and some controls — the device switcher in the editor, a few settings fields, the results table's column options — are hidden on narrow screens.

The shape of the data

Five things, in the order they appear:

Thing What it is
Company A local business. Created by a discovery run, or by hand.
Opportunity A deal with that company, at a stage, with a value.
Deliverable Something you make for the deal. Version 1 of a website is a deliverable version.
Project The work around a deal, and what time entries hang off.
Invoice The document that turns work into money.

Everything belongs to one workspace, and a workspace is one tenant: its own companies, leads, invoices, uploads, settings and connections, separated from every other workspace at the database level.

What it costs to run

Two separate bills, and they are worth keeping apart in your head.

AI credits are the app's own meter. Every model call — a discovery run, a website generation, a chat message to the editor — spends credits from your monthly allowance. See AI credits and plans.

Everything else is yours. Cloudflare hosts the sites on your account, on their free plan for most of what you will do. Stripe or PayPal take their own fees on payments. Opportunora adds no cut to either.
